Selective segment from Contact Relationships Attributes to be available in Responsive UI

We have added various segments for at contact screen(DFF - Contact Relationships Attributes). Requirement is - few of segments shouldnot be visible to employee but all should be available to Human Resource Specialist. But there is no such option available in Design Studio for "Family and Emergency Contacts" page to enable only selected segments of employee.
Is there any way to acheive the same.
