Account Analysis with detailed GL transactions as Balance Explanations

Hello,

We are thinking to use account analysis for accounts from third party sub ledger balance as source system ending balance and would want to add detailed level GL transactions as balance explanations. For a single period we see about 6K to 7K transactions. Is it wise to load such number of transactions every month to balance explanations? We thought about using TM but the third party system does not have common attributes to match with GL transactions.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
