How to Change a Person who is a Contact to an Employee on an Earlier Date

Creating a work relationship for a peson who is a contact earlier than the start date of than allowed.Content
THIS DOES NOT WORK:
- Pull up person.
- Go to task list on the right.
- Click Create Work Relationship.
- Key in date earlier than the 12/24/2020 date listed. (e.g. 12/10/2020)
- Error Message: The object Person legislative information can't start before the person start date. (PER-1531698)
THIS DOES WORK:
- Pull up employee the person is a contact for.
- Open task drawer on right.
- Go to Person.
- Click Contacts tab.
- Highlight the contact (The person who needs to become an employee at an earlier date).
