Unable to get Min and Max values in Compensation OTBI

We are struggling to use the min and max function to get proper valuesContent
Hi folks,
Trying this channel and hoping to find some help and support from customer or Oracle friends .
We are building on OTBI report on compensation provide to our users indicators that will help them to follow up their compensation calibration campaign.
We targeted to build the report below :
