AoR - HR Representative

Hi All!

 

Client's need is to configure AoR for HR Representative: they just want, for each employee, to make visible the HR representative in work contacts, public profile.

They do not need to configure this AoR to segregate data visibility.

I need to know if the following steps are correct to answer this requirement:

- I just create AoR as HR representative, 

- I DO NOT link it to a Person Security Profile.

 

The HR with this AoR, who is given a View All role in Security Profile, should still able to see all employees' data.

Correct?
