Ability to dynamically change the time needed for completion of a process or activity in PCS

In the Business process defined using PCS, we can set the time limits for the various human tasks using either interval or Expressions in Months/days/hours/minutes during the design time.

However, if one has to change that duration , then developer has to edit the BPM process and edit the time limits and redeploy the business process. After redeployment , the new time limits will be applicable only for teh new instances created for the process.

Can Oracle provide the ability to change the time duration settings needed for task completion
