Mass Legal Entity Change and retaining reporting structure

Summary

Mass Legal Entity Change and retaining reporting structure

Content

We need to use the Mass Legal Entity change utility to do Global Transfer for a considerable number of associates due to business requirement. But we wanted to keep the reporting structure as it is currently.

While doing Global transfer for an associate (normal - case by case), we do have an option to retain the reporting structure (by unchecking the associates under 'direct reports' session - which in turn would reassign the manager to manager's correct (post GT) latest work relation). But under Mass Legal Entity change we do not have any provision to interfere and hence ends up with Invalid manager for all direct reports.

Howdy, Stranger!
