approving account for oracle support, where?

I am trying to use oracle support, because live chat feature is mostly useless. Before asking anyone anything, Oracle is forcing me to register for some support account (Ok, be it, using Support Identifier that I manage) and ask me to approve (as a Customer User Administrator (CUA)) my support account for me.
This is little ridiculous, but I have no idea where in web interface should I approve that account for, guess who, myself...
Suggestion for Oracle: please can reaching out to you be little more streamlined? This is more bureaucratic than DMV, can all those functions kick in, when you have more than say 5 people managing things?
