Hi All,

We are currently live on 20D payables and payments cloud and for some of the payments which are made, the remittance advice is not delivered to vendor's email. The mail is perfectly coming within the clients email account for testing but it is not getting delivered to actual vendor's email address. Even we tried to send it to Gmail account, it is going into the spam folder of the gmail recipient but not to inbox. 

Following settings are made

1. Correct remittance email address is being set at supplier site level
