Course and Class Progress Data Views

Hi,

we have a problem with the Reporting BI of Taleo Learn. I create two reports from BI Reporting > Create Custom Report. I select the "Course Progress" and "Class Progress" Data Views and I select all the fields available for the reports. In particular we notice that the fields "Class User Status" and "Course User Status" extract only the following values:

1. Completed
2. Incompleted

So these reports don't extract all the courses or classes with the status "Not Attempted" associated to Users: is there a way to solve this problem?
