Absence Elegibility using Hire date prior to global transfer
Content
Hello experts
I need a rule in Absence to the following:
1 - Gets the last hire date of the user ignoring global transfers. (original hire date)
2 - If had a REHIRE count the time only after this rehire. (ignore the previous entries)
Can it be done? Does anyone has a Fast Formula for it?
When i used derived factor Origibal Hired date it gave me the total amount of the person even after a long time termination, and HIRE counted only the time after Global Transfer.
Thanks
