Move the "Request Noncatalog Learning"-field

Hello all,

the field "Request Noncatalog Learning" is very important for our customer. 

But by default it is not directly accessible from the employee's "My Learning"-page.

In order to perform the action, the Learner first has to browse the catalog.

Hence we would like to move the field "Request Noncatalog Learning" to the My-Learning-starting page, so that the learner is able to perform the action directly without browsing the Learning Catalog.

Does anyone know how to achieve that?
