Summary

Looking for information on how to update an expiring signing certificate for our SSO

Our current certificates expire on January 20th and we need to update the certificates.  I believe in the past we provided a metadata file via an SR to update this but i thought that since that was a few years back the way this is done has changed to being something we can do on our end.  Does anyone have any documentation on how this is done?  What i have seen on the docs.oracle site is not helping get us to where we need to be.
