Has anyone automated buying and selling of annual leave for UK public sector. To buy, I have created a new leave type as Sal Sacrifice where user applies and after approval, it gets adjusted in balance by HR Spec and corresponding sal deduction is notified to payroll team. Any idea for selling of annual leave? Any other idea, is most welcome.
