Misalignment of Dates

Hi all - I have an issue I've not experienced before. I have an LSQL for a changes report I am working on, and I am pulling in the Last Update Date for the assignment details and it shows a date 1 day after what Fusion actually shows. However, the Effective Date shows as the actual date within Fusion. I feel like I am completely missing something, but cannot find what/where. I've attached a screenshot of what my query is pulling. You can see that there are no dates of 23DEC or 25DEC, yet my query is pulling that for
