We put a link to an OTBI report for transcript and completion certificate (as was recommended by multiple threads here). Sometimes this works and sometimes it does not. You just hover over it and it is not clickable. Has anyone else seen this behavior? Did I miss something in the set up? See print screens in the document attached.
