In OTBI - How can we restrict user to create and edit report only in My Folder

Need to restrict the users to have the right to create edit update the analysis only in My Folder.

Need to restrict the users to have the right to create edit update the analysis only in My Folder.

The requirement is users cannot edit the reports in the shared folders and to have the read-only access to the share folder but full access within My folder without scarifying the other rules.
