Hello,

We have been working with ***, a 3rd party content vendor for some time now using both their SCORM and AICC packages, although, we have also been facing various difficulties to get their content showing and behaving appropriately. Is there anyone else using this specific vendor or can share best practices on the integration?

We had challenges with the display first, the Oracle frame pushed the content down, leaving the bottom navigation hidden below the screen. Eventually, we used a pop-up method to show their contents, but this yielded in some further difficulties with capturing completions, since the pop-up window shows two extra "close" buttons, only one of which captures completion correctly.
