OTBI analysis timeout

Hi, we have a customized OTBI analysis report in sharefolder. Some users could run the report successfully serveral months ago, but recently they can't get the result due to the error : The user request exceed the maximun query governing execution time.  But some users including me still could process the report successfully. There is no change for the report or user access, and the data volumn is not high. It normally takes 4-5 seconds to get the result. I have no idea why these users just can't process it anymore. Is it related to individual configuration on server side? thanks,
