Electronic PO communication via cXML - customization for one supplier

Hello;

We are on Fusion 20D, using electronic communication of PO documents in cXML format across OBN.  Our main use of this is for processing punchout catalog orders.

One of our suppliers have requested the STATE field in the cXML contain the state abbreviation instead of the whole state name.  Our PO document layout is setup to send the state name.  It appears we can only have 1 active PO layout in the Configure Procurement Business Function work area.

 

So I'm wondering if there is a way to customize a PO layout for this supplier specifically, or if it is indeed a universal tool....or if there is any other way to crack this nut.
