Would like to know how to configure Captcha Challenge on VBCS page

Good day Experts,

I would like to apply the CAPTCHA challenge on my VBCS web application page.

Referring to the "To add a CAPTCHA challenge" in https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/Content/WAF/Tasks/botmanagement.htm

• CAPTCHA URL Path: Enter the URL path challenged by CAPTCHA.

Is the CAPTCHA URL path here means the VBCS page URL that we would like to apply CAPTCHA?

 

Example, I have 2 pages and the page flow is as follows: application form > summary page.

In the application form, I have a "Submit" button, and I would like to have a CAPTCHA challenge in the application form before proceed to the summary page. So, my question the CAPTCHA URL Path that I should fill in is the application form URL or the summary page URL?
