Report to show if a candidate has deactivated their account and when

Hi All,

I'm looking to build a report to show if a candidate has deactivated their account an when they have done this. To give a bit more context, from the front screen if a candidate has deactivated their account, they will not longer be viewable or searchable from the front screen. However, from the reporting side, the candidate still appears in the report.

It be great if anyone knows or can share a report to show if a candidate has deactivated their account and if so, what was the timestamp/date that they have deactivated their account.
