Managers are able to edit the assignment in Employment History page

Hi,

We have observed after 20D that when a manager accessing any of his/her direct reports they are getting the option to edit the assignment Info.

The navigation is MyTeam > Select any employee > Expand the Employment History Section > Click on the Employment History Hyperlink > Expand the assignment region > Edit button is enabled in this section.

We want to hide this edit button without affecting other pages. Can you please share your thoughts on how to achieve this.
