Can Anyone guide: on Creating Override Rate field on Time Card

Requirement: Client wants to have an Override Rate field on the Timecard where for a particular time type- employee hourly rate can be entered manually by the manager or admin.

Note: Client is not implementing Oracle Payroll. This override rate need to go to Third party payroll along with the Hours for time types.

Any Help is greatly appreciated..
