Learning for Employees on Secondment or Temporary Assignment

If an Employee is on a Temporary assignment then Learning still gets assigned based on primary assignment attributes

Hi All,

We have a requirement where if an employee is on Secondment or Temporary Assignment then they should only receive learning matching their temporary assignment attributes and not based on primary assignment.

eg if Employee is in Business Unit A and it is their Primary assignment.Now if they move to Business unit B on Temporary assignment or secondment and the Learn Admin creates a required assignment for all users in Business Unit B then this assignment does not get assigned to this employee. This means that system only identifies people in person criteria or analysis when creating assignment based on their Primary assignment.
