Kronos and Lawson Employee Groups

We currently use Lawson and it's employee group functionality to control information (associates - status, job code, cost center; pay codes, lunch breaks, etc.) seen/used in Kronos Workforce Central.   Associates are automatically added to various Lawson employee groups based upon certain established criteria.  We are looking for a way to automatically create these employee groups in Oracle.  Does anyone have any suggestions or alternative solutions?
