Is it possible to change the hire date after the quick convert has happened (or even the convert)?  

Sometimes our HR is not aware that a person was working before completing the process in Taleo through Fusion, so they enter the assumed correct hire date.   When it is not the correct date, Fusion will not let us change the hire date...

Or is there a way?

We tried it on Pending Worker record (which is terminated) but that does not work.  

This hire date is BEFORE the termination date of the Pending Worker.
