Ability to see organization onhand balance in transaction UOM in work order operation items form

We use two different UOMs for inventory stocking and manufacturing transaction. For example item1 is stocked in ton and issued to work order in kg.
In work order operation items' form, available balance quantity is shown primary UOM and there is no primary UOM field to display onhand UOM; only work order transaction UOM is visible. As the required and onhand numbers do not match as they relate to different UOMs, user will not get an accurate picture of whether enough onhand is available or not.
