Camtasia SCORM file issues not bookmarking and showing complete after learner enters training

We typically use Articulate but another area of company using Camtasia to create training. I'm not familiar with Camtasia, wondering if others have used it and have advice? The zip file provided contains an MP4 file which contains the actual training and it's published as a SCORM2004 file. If users pause and go to resume, it is not resuming where left off. Also if they click on Save and Close button the offering appears as complete even if they haven't finished the file. 

Thanks in advance for any advice or knowledge you can share about Camtasia.
