Unable to find the project details while enterting time card

Hi All,

 

We are facing an issue in find the project details while enter time card. Below is scenario for the same.

 

Exployee X is from Legal entity India

Project ABC is from Legal entity USA

 

When X is trying to find the project from the legal entity USA, no projects are available however the required  projects from Legal entity India are available for selection while enterting the time card.

Could assist me what is set up is required to enter the time card for the projects from Legal entity USA.
