Administrator not able to access Learning Catalog (Issue with Saved Searches)

Administrators are not able access Learning Catalog if they have saved searches with "Default or to Run Automatically" selected

Administrator not able to access Learning Catalog (Issue with Saved Searches)

Administrators who previously had access to the Learning Catalog no longer has access. When they select Learning Catalog, nothing happens or the system returns a 503 error.

The issue appears to be with Saved Searches. If an Administrator creates multiple Saved Searches and more than one is set as default or to run automatically it somehow prevents the access of Learning Catalog. However, once an Administrator searches for any Offering from the Administrator Dashboard then they are able to access the Offering. Once there, the Administrator goes to
