Error handling while subscribing to business events
We are working on a new integration (OIC) where we will be subscribing to a business event in EBS (On-Prem) and sending the information to Procurement cloud. We are familiar with the service flow and steps required to get the integration working. But, we have a question regarding the error handling.
For example, a business event was triggered in EBS and OIC instance was created. During processing the request lets say we had a connectivity issue. What would be the best way of handling this use case? Does EBS provide a way of re-triggering the event so that we can successfully complete the request once the connectivity has been established?
