Cloud Timecard auto-complete

Client would like to have some fields on the timecard auto completed based on values selected in other files.

My client is requesting that when a field(value) is selected other fields are auto completed. This need has nothing to do with populating a field when the time card is open/created. This is not the same as a default value.

Example:
1. Fields A, B, C, D. If fields A, B, C are blank and a value is entered in field D, then fields A, B and C are automatically completed with associated values.
2. Fields A, B, C, D. If fields A, C, D are blank and a value is entered in field B, then fields A, C and D are automatically completed with associated values.
