Has anyone integrated OLC with Learning Alliance?

If so, can you provide the steps you took to setup the integration in OLC?
We want to implement a 2 way integration between OLC and Leaning Alliance.The Learner will access the Learning Alliance course in Oracle where a separate window with the course content will open. We want to track the assignments and course status in OLC and Learning Alliance. We will manage the course and reports in both applications.
How can a new row for Learning Alliance be added to the External Provider tab? Where does the Shared Key from?
