Responsive UI - Family & Emergency Contacts - HR admin unable to view Address/Communications

Hello!

We have a little issue which we would greatly appreciate some support on... we are switching from classic to responsive UI, using some custom roles - however we have an issue whereby the user account is unable to view communications, address and demographic info. They can add the details in the UI, and if we go back to classic screens we can see the data but cannot see it on the responsive UI screens... is anyone else using these screens and experience this issue?
