End Dating PO Line Types

In the 20D update Oracle created a line type option for Service product types to have quantity basis.  Since this is now available we want to create a line type to replace an existing line type that was created under a goods product type.

When end dating the line type we created under a good product type, we've found that we receive an error (The value of the attribute line type isn't valid) when doing change order to any PO with that end dated line type, even to cancel the line to replace with the new line type. 

We do not want users to be able to select the line type we are replacing.
