Hybrid Procurement

a hybrid approach can be used, where FA & Exp purchases are centralized at the country level (KSA) and inventory are decentralized at a company level.

For companies with more than one business unit, inventory Sourcing will be centralized across the company (APC, AIC) except for the items that the company buys from the local market.
