We are trying to ensure that employees can enter their own information in all the relevant protected charateristic fields

Content

We are trying to ensure that employees can update their own protected characteristic information. It appears they can only enter religion, ethnicity, gender. A HR Specialist has to enter: Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, Nationality. has anyone found a way for this to be activiated under ESS?
