How to create SLA Accounting for Labour costs in PPM to reverse Payroll Accounting originally create

I would want to create a SLA in projects for Labor costing event, in such a manner that the original cost debtied to Payroll cost centre is reversed and accounted in the respective P.O.E.T account. 

I do not have a problem creating the Debit Account for the P.O.E.T.  But to credit the original Project Cost Accounting, when I try to use the same payroll cost Accounts in Projects, the source is not recognised

I infact have created a mapping set to match the Project Cost Account attributes to the COA, still the account rule is not picked up in JERS.
