Non Catalog Learning Request - How does the Administrator know that there is a Request?

This is causing me a bit of confusion. I can see the non catalog learning requests in the assignment section but only when I know the name of the learner who raised it or the title. But where does the administrator actually see a list of them? It seems to me guess work. Anyone can help me with this? Thanks!
