How to stop Absence Approvals escalating to the CEO

Hi, 

We have configured the AbsenceApprovalTask in BPM to expire after 10 Days to the Grandparent Manager for approval with a maximum of one escalation level but our CEO does not require any approvals escalating to them, is there anyway to stop this based on the manager hierarchy? 

Currently the Approval Rule just looks like
