    Responsive UI - Summary of assignment changes - grid missing last updated by & date

    Hello,

    We are working on switching from classic person management to responsive UI. When in Employment History we can see the summary of changes table which shows which fields changed. Whilst the date says 'on X' I believe this is the effective date of the date and not when the change was actually submitted.

    In classic, the grid showed who and when it was last updated, is anyone else missing this information and have a work around? It is useful to track back to know when records were updated and who took the action,
