Unable to use AP invoice line flexfields in tax rules

We have a specific scenario wherein we have to pass a specific value in AP invoice line DFF and tax rule is to be based on it. These are payment requests from iExpenses and only tax classification codes and invoice line DFFs are passed from iExpense to AP.  Other tax fields like product fiscal classification, user defined fiscal classification are not available in iExpenses.

But tax rule is not able to pick conditions where invoice line DFF is referred to. Doc ID: 2184551.1 says there is an ER on this. I think it is a very valid scenario and should be provided ASAP
