Organization Tree - Filter on active versions
Summary
Provides you the process to filter out the inactive organization tree versions by defaultContent
Issue:
Organization Trees display all the versions in HCM OTBI subject areas irrespective of being in active or inactive statuses. for example: A query having tree name, version, and headcount can pull up the inactive version of the tree with the respective headcount.
Resolution:
You need to 'end date' the tree version to prevent it from being reported on using OTBI subject areas. The OTBI subject areas have a filter to render only the tree versions whose end date is beyond the effective date of the report which is sysdate by default.
