How to Change the Timezone in Purchase Order and Agreement PDFs

Dates in the seeded purchase order and agreement PDF are presented in the UTC timezone. To communicate the date in a different timezone, you can configure the RTF template to convert the date to a different timezone. 

1. Create a copy of the Purchase Order or Purchase Agreement Data Model in the Custom folder. 

2. Edit the copy of the data model and create unformatted versions of any date fields you are using.

Change TO_CHAR(Version.CREATION_DATE,'DD-MON-YYYY') As VersionDateDisplay,
To Version.CREATION_DATE As VersionCreationDate,

3. Take the Customize action on the Purchase Order or Purchase Agreement PDF Report.
