Flexible work patterns

Company want to be able to adopt flex work patterns

Content

Hi

We usually use elapsed work shifts/patterns/schedules to book annual leave.  We don't have the T&L module.

One of our companies wants to adopt annualised hours but are also considering flexible work patterns/shifts - where they work 42 hours pw for example but want to be able to have different shifts each week and the ability to change them.

For example: employee A works 42 hours.  His shift for that week is Mon to Fri 8 and Sat 2 hours.
However, he's going to cover for employee B and wants to add another 2 hours to Tues and Wed and take them off Thurs and Fri (so Mon 8, Tues 10, Wed 10, Thurs 6, Fri 6, Sat 2)

Howdy, Stranger!
