Where are cell attachments located in Snapshot backup?

Hello community,

We have a lot of attachment in our EPBCS and we have a few questions and looking for an efficient way to locate them and make a backup of them. Here are some of our questions: Does daily snapshot makes a backup of the cell attachments? If the answer is yes, where we can locate them? Is there a way we can see them without going to the specific POV location?  Is there a repository for them?
