Access to UCM Folders to custom roles

Hi All,

How can we provide access to UCM folders (/scm/item/import)  to custom roles.

I am referring to below document and it mentions that we need to perform settings in "Oracle Authorization Policy Manager (APM)". Please let us know how can I access APM or share the URL.
