Add Folders to Global Resource Manager

Content

Hi everyone - I clearly am missing something when I read the Help Files for adding folders (and subfolders) to Resource Manager.  I have the highest level permissions for the LC.  I can add sub folders to the Personal Resource manager, BUT when I try to create folders at the Global level, they get created in my personal folders.  I am going to feel incredibly silly if it's a simple answer....but here's what I did -> Resource Manager->clicked icon for Global Resources->clicked Add Folder -> Parent folder was defaulted to Root (can't change it) -> Folder Name - Onboarding-> Clicked Save - Folder Creation Successful.  Does not show up in "Resources - Global" directory BUT in my Resources - Personal directory structure....
