Hi All,

We are facing some issue with Non Catalog Learning Request approval.

We have defined different approval conditions for Catalog and Non-Catalog requests. All approvals working fine for Catalog Request, only for Non-Catalog Request any notifications are not getting triggered.

Initiator only received FYI notification regarding Non Catalog Request submitted for approval.

Has anyone face this issue in 20D? 20C this was working fine.

Please suggest.
